Our Regional Community is stronger when all of its members, especially youth, have regular access to and are surrounded by the beauty, joy and stimulation of the creative arts. In the Richmond Region, many citizens do not have regular access to the creative arts, and public education systems long ago reduced access to the arts in schools, SO, in an effort to create more access to the arts and to the creative community for more people, TWS has developed the Creative Arts Initiative, designed to strengthen the Creative Arts Community of the Region and to continually increase access to the arts for our youth, both in and out of school.
